The Agència de Promoció d’Activitats i de Congressos manages the provision of the UAB Campus, being responsible for the assessment, organisation and coordination of the activities that are carried out in the different campuses of the UAB: meetings, congresses, seminars and professional workshops, a variety of functions, visits to facilities and also leisure activities, especially in the summer.

The Agency also offers its services for collaboration in the organisation of meetings and congresses that members of the university community need to hold away from the UAB campus. Among the most important roles of the Agency are the identification of needs and assessment in the general organisation of functions, assistance with budget preparation, collaboration in promotion, orientation regarding the choice of venue for each event and performance monitoring.
