Futurfirms is a company created by Fundació UAB with the aim of providing the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with a specific tool to structure its participation in projects that encourage the creation and incubation of technology-based firms, entrepreneurial initiatives based on innovation technology, new business concepts and/or new communications platforms.

Setting up Futurfirms represents UAB's incorporation into the Network of Technological Trampolines, which is made up of leading institutions helping to bring these new entrepreneurial initiatives into the market. These new technology-based companies must meet high quality requirements.
